It was nice and happy tuesday morning at the park. The score was 3-6, 3 on us and 6 on them 8 to change court. That was the second game and we won the first one. On our ball possesion, I run and grab the basketball for a follow-up shot. I accidentally landed on my opponent's foot when he came across for a rebound. I felt soo bad when I landed on the ground trying to ignore the pain,
I can hear the joints cracked and dislocated [because 10 of them are watching me]..I stand up pretending that I am tough but ask for a substitution and unfortunately no one is there to sub me, except the referee. hehe! 
So i just keep playing and we lost the second game. Beacause of poor shots that I made. And lack of speed of running the fastbreak defense. 
On my way home I slowly felt the pain and started to swell so bad. Then I decided to take a theraphist. By the way I broke my ankle that morning twice. First was not that bad, and second is worst and painful. Anyway, the first therapist fixed my the joints of my ankle the 2nd fixed the *green veigns. *i dont know how to call that. I grieve because of the pain. It really hurts so bad. As of now I felt great and there is improvement. I can walk slowly like a wounded kangaroo and keep jumping inside the house using my right foot to walk 
. Thank GOD i got lessons from it.
